PERFORMANCE EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY
“your body is not a temple. it’s a amusement park. Enjoy the ride!”
- The great chef, A. Bourdain
Life is a physical experience and we are Exercise Physiologist & Human Movement / Exercise Scientist. We study the acute physiological responses and chronic adaptations to stimulus (stress), nutrient-energy intake & metabolism, and physiological systems involved in sub-maximal and maximal human movement.
We manipulate stimuli in our life and training for our desired health and performance goals. Within clinical practice we apply this knowledge for successful aging, rehabilitation and chronic disease prevention. This is a life long project.
Goal setting: What is your “Everest”?
